Return & Refund Policy
Returns and Cancellations:
We accept returns and cancellations under the following conditions:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of return authorization
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
- We do not accept exchanges at this time
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Digital downloads
- Sale items
- Gifts: Refunds cannot be issued to gift recipients and will only be returned to the original purchaser via the original payment method.
- Color variation: We do our best to accurately represent product colors through photos and descriptions. However, colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural undertones in materials. Subtle variations in shade or tone do not indicate a defect.
- Personalized items: All personalized items are made-to-order and customized just for you. For this reason, personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to color preference, expectations, or perceived variation once produced.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives with a production error or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
How to Return Your Order:
If there is a problem with your item, please contact us to request a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please follow these guidelines:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return and ship the item within 14 days of authorization.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, and returned in the original box or similar protective packaging. Please do not use flexible poly or plastic envelopes. If an item is damaged during return shipment due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. For faster processing, please email us the tracking number once your return has been shipped.
- Refunds do not include original shipping charges and are issued for the item cost minus a $5 restocking fee.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you only if the return is not approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once complete. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for return processing once your item has been received.
Additional Policies:
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused or returned due to being unclaimed will be treated as returns and subject to our standard return and reshipping fees.
