Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and cancellations under the following conditions:
- Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
- We don't accept exchanges at this time.
We DO NOT accept returns on the following items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
- Gifts: We can not give refunds to gift recipients. Refunds are only given back to the purchaser via the original payment method.
How to Return Your Order
If there is a problem with your item, please send us an email at info@nutsboltspaper.com to receive a return authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please follow these guidelines for return carefully, or your return will not be issued:
- You MUST contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a return, and you must ship it within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box packaging (envelopes will not provide the proper protection, so please do not use or your return will not be accepted). If the item is damaged during return shipment due to inappropriate packaging, I reserve the right to not issue your refund.
- It is recommended that you mail it back via USPS Priority Mail so that the package is insured and will arrive within 1-3 days. Please email me with a tracking # once sent.
- Your refund will not include original shipping charges, only the cost of the item less a $5 restocking fee.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you only in the event that your return is not accepted. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive confirmation email once your return has been processed.
