Shipping Policies

General Shipping Information

Most non-personalized orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Personalized products typically require 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping speed options are available at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks, though delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.


Free Shipping (U.S. Orders Only)

Orders over $65 ship free within the U.S. Some personalized items are excluded from free shipping, including (but not limited to) mugs, clothing and tote bags.

If your cart total exceeds $65 and free shipping does not appear at checkout, it is likely because one or more items in your order are exempt from this promotion.

  

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or been shipped. Nuts & Bolts Paper Co is not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees before the order can be sent again.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Occasionally, packages may be delayed or lost in transit once they are in the hands of the postal carrier. If you believe your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

As a small business, we are not able to absorb losses caused by shipping carriers. In some cases, we may be able to file an insurance claim on your behalf. In other cases, the customer may need to submit the claim directly to receive a refund. If a claim is required, we will provide all necessary documentation and guidance to support the process.

Nuts & Bolts Paper Co is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

 

Customers Outside the United States

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in item prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

We are unable to issue refunds for items returned due to unpaid or refused customs charges unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees before placing an international order.
