Shipping Policies

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom covers on baby books and custom orders take closer to 3-5 days to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
You will have the option at checkout to choose your shipping speed. Most US orders take 2-5 business days to arrive. International orders can take 1-3 weeks.
Orders over $65 ship for free within the US (some personalized items are excluded from this option - for example, mugs, clothing, hardcover perfect bound notebooks and tote bags). If you have over $65 in your cart and don't see the option for free shipping, it likely because the items you are ordering are exempt.
Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Nuts & Bolts Paper Co is not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customer at checkout. If the order is returned to us, the customer must pay to have the item re-shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items
Occasionally items may be lost or delayed in transit. If this is the case with your order, please contact us immediately. As a small business, we are often unable to cover losses incurred from the postal service. We may be able to file an insurance claim on your behalf in order to recoup costs, but in some cases the customer must file the claim to receive a refund. In this case, we will get you everything you need to file a successful claim and walk you through the process. Your patience and understanding is appreciated in this situation!
Customers Outside the US
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Nuts & Bolts Paper Co. We will not issue any refunds on item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted / undelivered customs charges unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. The customs duties are different for each country, please contact your local customs office for more information.
